About
The Designer
I'm a product designer with over a decade of experience creating work that is both widely used and commercially meaningful. My background spans enterprise security, consumer products, and retail, and has contributed to more than $40M in annual revenue while reaching millions of users worldwide.
I work comfortably across the full design spectrum, from ambiguous early-stage discovery through delivery under real constraints. I facilitate stakeholder workshops, develop service blueprints, and translate scattered pain points into a clear strategic direction.
At Microsoft, that same discipline shows up as sound judgment under constraint. When engineering capacity is reduced, I make deliberate scope decisions that protect the highest-impact customer capability while keeping design, product, engineering, content, and leadership aligned. I led the design of a Credit Monitoring experience for Microsoft Defender for Individuals that drove a 49% increase in sign-ups in its first month, and delivered an Intune administrative workflow whose delegation model increased unique users by 5.6% within 30 days.
At Best Buy Canada, I was the designer for the Pick-Up initiative that became the organization's central priority when COVID-19 forced stores to close. The result launched nationally and delivered measurable improvements in pickup rate, labor efficiency, and both web and in-store customer satisfaction.
I am also fluent in AI-assisted design, using rapid prototyping across multiple codebases to communicate complex, cross-organizational concepts and to help teams build their own fluency with emerging tools. Throughout my work, I bring a measured balance of customer empathy and pragmatism to every decision.
